  • Extreme kinks/fetishes (e.g., hyper/scat/gore/non-con/vore).

Example Price Scenario

A client has requested a loose shading commission ($70) of 2 characters ($40) as full bodies (2 x $20). They have requested the characters to be hugging closely under an umbrella ($10), with a simple polka dot background ($0).The total estimated cost of this commission would be $70 + $40 + $40 + $10 = $160 USD.

Commission Details (PLEASE READ!!!)

  • I can draw SFW or NSFW - see guidelines for will and won't do's.

  • All communications are handled via the client provided Twitter/X/Discord/email.

  • All prices are in $USD and paid via PayPal invoice. Prices may increase depending on the level of detail / complexity requested.

  • All Commissions are ordered via GOOGLE FORMS for personal review and approval by me.

  • My creative focus is on masculine presenting characters with faceless features - hooded, masked, knights, helmet, skull, robot, monster, furry etc. Therefore, characters fitting my preferences are more likely to be selected, but I am open to draw most things!

  • All commissions are either half-body OR full-body. Lined commissions can be soild lines OR textured lines.

  • All commission options have solid colour/gradient backgrounds. You may request a specific background colour/style or the addition of simple patterns or surfaces.

  • Commissions may take up to a maximum of 4 months (120 days) to complete following approval.

  • Please review my Terms of Service (ToS) prior to submitting a commission request form. Clients automatically agree to all conditions outlined within my ToS upon submitting a form.

Spork's Terms of Service (ToS)

PROCESS

1. Completion of Request Form --> link
To request a commission slot, you must fill out a commission form via Google Forms. Make sure you have visual references of your character(s). Submitting a form does not guarantee a slot.
 
2. Request Approval
If your form was accepted, I will contact you via your preferred contact to confirm and accept your commission. If your commission is not accepted, you will receive an email informing you of this.
 
3. Queue / Waitlist
Approved commissions will be placed into a queue. You will be told your position in the queue, and contacted once your commission reaches the front of the queue. If you do not have payment ready, just let me know and I will move you back a spot to allow other clients forward.
 
4. Commission Review & Payment
Once we are in contact, we can discuss the details of your commission in greater detail to confirm a price and payment. Please see 'Payments & Refunds' below for more detail.
 
5. Completion & Revisions
After payment is received, I will commence work on your commission until it is completed, and will regularly send preview WIPs for your feedback. Revisions can be made and done within reason, as per the 'Edits & Revisions' section below.
 
6. File Distribution
Once the commission is complete and approved by you, I will send the full resolution image file(s) via Google Drive.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are done upfront, via PayPal, in USD.

  • Invoices are sent after an initial discussion following approval of the commission request.

  • Failure to pay the invoice within 3 days (72 hours) of being sent will terminate the commission unless otherwise communicated.

  • No refunds following invoice payment. Payments are only refunded in their entirety under exceptional circumstances (i.e., I am unable to complete the commission).

Edits & Revisions

  • During the sketch phase, you may request up to a maximum of 4 free edits.

  • Subsequent revisions/edits will incur a fee of $5 per edit.

  • Edits following sketch approval will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Basic colour/line editing will likely not incur a fee.

Delivery Time & Delays

  • I aim to deliver all commissions within 2-8 weeks from the date of invoice payment. If I cannot deliver your commission within 120 days, you will be refunded no questions asked.

  • You will be immediately informed of any delays in your commission in the event of real-life commitments or health problems. I work to a high standard, and aim to work on commissions in the best state of body and mind to deliver something I am proud of and that you will enjoy.

  • All delivered files will be in high-resolution PNG format.

Commercial & Personal Rights of Use

  • Clients can use commissions for any non-commercial use or purpose - banners, profile icons, character galleries, social media posts, etc.

  • Clients cannot use commissioned artworks for commercial purposes without my consent (merch, prints, products).

  • I like to post commissioned works on my social media platforms and / or include works in my portfolio. If you would like to keep the commissioned artwork private, please let me know.

  • NO AI TRAINING USING ANY OF MY WORK!! NONE NOTHING ZERO ZIP ZILCH. I DO NOT CONSENT.
